The day is starting off okay... As usual I look forward to seeing my kids when I get home. Max was a happy little lark last night. Actually all the kids were happy and their spirits are uplifting.
I made some Tofu Vindaloo last night which was pretty tasty, I couldn't help but thinking a little cream would through that dish over the top, but I'll have to come up with some alternatives, while I attempt to battle cholesterol.
Had some rough moments last night, thinking about mom... Reminds me, I wanted to do some searching on the web to see if I could learn anything about grief from others.
Will post here with results once I get to it.
